OFFER ACCEPTANCE

  • Once the seller agrees to your terms, you will initial and sign the final agreement. You have now entered into a contract. Congratulations!

HOME INSPECTION

  • During your "Due Diligence" period it is suggested you hire a home inspector to review the home, check out the schools, neighborhood and the basics of the property.

MORTGAGE/ APPRAISAL

  • If you are financing your property, you will work with your lender to complete your loan application and order your home appraisal.

WALKTHROUGH/CLOSING

  • You will completes final walkthrough the home the final 24-28 hours before closing to ensure it is in the same condition you first saw it in. Prior to closing your loan officer will also reach out to you to go over your final numbers that are needed for closing.
