About Ann Paulsen

Behind every successful real estate team, there is a team member who works behind the scenes to ensure a successful transaction. Ann Paulsen is that team member. A longtime veteran of the real estate industry, Ann serves as the Domenech Team’s transaction manager and works diligently to ensure the real estate transactions run as smoothly as possible.

Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Ann has lived in the Destin area since 1969. She began working for Paul in June 2020 and has an extensive real estate career that goes back over 26 years. Ann got her start in the industry in 1996, when she worked for one of the area’s top agents at ERA American Real Estate, where she held onto that role for over 15 years before making another transition within the company. After serving ERA American Real Estate for another decade, Ann made the switch and became the Domenech Team’s transaction manager. In addition to her real estate background, Ann worked in the banking industry for over 17 years. With her extensive background and knowledge of all things real estate, Ann goes above and beyond to ensure every client experiences a stress-free transaction, through every step of the process, from an accepted offer to beyond the closing date. 

Organized, steadfast, and kind, Ann prides herself not only on her real estate knowledge and work ethic, she cares about treating people right. This includes her clients and her team members. Building trust is key in order to maintain positive relationships. Not only does Ann take the time to provide her team members with unparalleled support, but she also goes the extra mile to put her clients at ease, taking the ambiguity and guesswork out of the real estate transaction. Clear communication, reliability, and openness are just some of the many qualities clients can expect when working with Ann. She is readily available for her clients 24/7. 

Beyond her successful real estate career, Ann has built a wonderful life for herself, both personally and professionally. She was married for over 40 years before her husband’s passing in 2020. They raised two beautiful daughters together, Ashley and Gabrielle, and Ann is now the proud grandma of four grandchildren: Nick, Taylor, Carleigh, and Genevieve. For Ann, family means everything. In her spare time, you can find Ann spending quality time with her family, hanging out at the beach or by the pool, shopping for antiques, or tackling a new home improvement project.
